Arun Gandhi

Arun Gandhi, the fifth grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, is an activist dedicated to following the footsteps and spreading the Legacy of his grandfather. Along with his impactful work in education and advocacy, he also founded the Gandhi Institute of Nonviolence. Arun is the author of The Gift of Anger: and Other Lessons from my Grandfather Mahatma Gandhi.

Tushar gandhi

Tushar Gandhi, son of Arun Gandhi and great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, established the Mahatma Gandhi Foundation of which he still serves as president, and has reached the bestseller list in India with his book Let’s Kill Gandhi! Tushar joins his father as the guide of the Gandhi Legacy Tour each year.

Anuradha Bhosale has dedicated her life to the protection and promotion of women and children. She serves as the founder and director of AVANI, a grassroots organization dedicated to fighting against child trafficking, and female infanticide. She invites the Gandhi Legacy Tour travelers to her organization and many have continued to support the children of AVANI.

Bunker Roy is an activist and educator who was recognized by TIME as one of the 100 most influential people of 2010. As the founder of Barefoot College, he is dedicated to training and empowering future generations of innovators and educators with little access to formal schooling.
